To mentor, skill, and empower 1,00,000 students and professionals by 2030 through a technology-enabled Mentorship Programme Management Unit (PMU), fostering career pathways, leadership, and social equity.

About the Mentorship Program

The DAWN Daksh Foundation’s Mentorship PMU is a tech-enabled ecosystem connecting mentees with experienced mentors from diverse fields. It provides career guidance, soft skill training, resume building, job placements, and corporate linkages — ensuring that no community is left behind in India’s growing digital and knowledge economy.
